AinaReports™ Terms of Service

AinaReports is a public property information and reporting interface designed to help users view, search, and access condominium-related records, documents, events, contractor activity, and other property information where available.

AinaReports is informational only. It is not a property manager, contractor, inspector, broker, appraiser, insurer, attorney, escrow company, lender, title company, or professional advisor.

AinaReports does not determine whether any owner, association, AOAO, board, property manager, contractor, seller, buyer, agent, lender, insurer, escrow officer, or other party has satisfied any legal, regulatory, contractual, insurance, disclosure, escrow, underwriting, inspection, or governance obligation.

AinaReports may display, summarize, organize, or generate reports from information stored in or connected through Aina Protocol.

Information may come from property owners, AOAOs, property managers, contractors, public records, uploaded documents, event records, user submissions, and other permitted sources.

The availability, accuracy, visibility, and completeness of information may vary by property, unit, building, user role, participation level, and access permissions.

Some information on AinaReports may be publicly available. Other information may be restricted, private, confidential, or available only to authorized users.

AinaReports may display only a portion of the information available for a building or unit. The absence of events, documents, records, contractor activity, or other information does not indicate that no work, damage, defects, incidents, maintenance, repairs, insurance matters, legal issues, or other property-related issues have occurred.

Users should independently verify all material information before making financial, legal, insurance, real estate, lending, escrow, purchase, sale, rental, or property-management decisions.

Certain information displayed on AinaReports may be submitted by users or third parties.

By submitting, uploading, or making information available through Aina Protocol or AinaReports, users represent and warrant that they are authorized to share the information, that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that the information does not violate applicable law, governing documents, contracts, privacy rights, or third-party rights.

AinaReports does not independently verify all submitted content for accuracy, completeness, legality, or authorization.

AinaReports may offer free or paid reports, including building reports, unit reports, document summaries, event summaries, contractor activity summaries, and related property information.

Reports are informational tools only. They are not inspections, appraisals, disclosures, legal opinions, engineering reports, reserve studies, insurance determinations, title reports, escrow instructions, underwriting decisions, or certifications of property condition or compliance.

Reports may be incomplete, may not include restricted records, and may depend on the participation of owners, AOAOs, managers, contractors, and other contributors.

AinaReports does not provide legal, real estate, property management, accounting, insurance, engineering, construction, lending, escrow, tax, title, or compliance advice.

Users are responsible for consulting qualified professionals as appropriate.

Users are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings and redacting sensitive information before uploading or submitting content.

Do not upload or submit personal identifying information, private financial information, medical information, privileged legal communications, confidential third-party information, or any information you are not authorized to share.

AinaReports reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, privacy rights, or platform guidelines.

AinaReports is provided as an informational service. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, current, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Building data, unit data, document data, event records, contractor activity, and report contents may change over time.

Certain reports, features, access levels, or tools may require payment or subscription. Fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital reports or access may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

AinaReports, Aina Protocol, AinaJobs, related names, logos, designs, interfaces, reports, layouts, software, and platform content are owned by SZYSLAK INDUSTRIES LLC or its licensors.

Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AinaReports content except as expressly permitted by the platform or by written permission.

You agree not to misuse AinaReports, attempt to access restricted information without authorization, interfere with platform security, scrape or harvest data at scale, submit false or misleading information, or use the platform for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

AinaReports may include links to third-party websites, documents, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, websites, products, or services.

AINAREPORTS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SZYSLAK INDUSTRIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

AINAREPORTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS, EVENTS, REPORTS, OR USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SZYSLAK INDUSTRIES LLC, AinaReports, Aina Protocol, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, property decisions, transaction decisions, insurance decisions, lending decisions, escrow decisions, or reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SZYSLAK INDUSTRIES LLC, AinaReports, Aina Protocol, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of AinaReports, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AinaReports after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
